Tuna & Avocado on Crackers

Add a little crunch as they munch with healthy crackers layered with their favorite toppings.

Tuna & Avocado on Crackers

Serves 2

Ingredients

Tuna Salad

  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt 

  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 can albacore tuna, water drained

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 ripe Lil’ Cados avocado, sliced

  • 3-4 radishes, thinly sliced

  • Crackers of choice

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the tuna in a bowl and break it up with a fork.

  2. Mix in yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, and dill.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Spread a thin layer of tuna on the crackers.
