Tuna & Avocado on Crackers
Serves 2
Ingredients
Tuna Salad
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 can albacore tuna, water drained
salt and pepper to taste
1 ripe Lil’ Cados avocado, sliced
3-4 radishes, thinly sliced
Crackers of choice
1 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Place the tuna in a bowl and break it up with a fork.
Mix in yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, and dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a thin layer of tuna on the crackers.
